KVKK Clarification

CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

As Emu Baharat ("Company"), we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with the Company, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK in line with the realization of the purposes stated above.

3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is obtained in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media in order to provide the products and services we offer by the Company within the determined legal framework in line with the purposes stated above and in this context for our Company to fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities completely and accurately.

4. Rights of the Data Owner

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data owners have the right to:

  • Learn whether personal data is processed,
  • Request information if personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing.
